Sullivan Street Bakery launched in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood in 2017; we are baking and delivering fresh daily bread, all loaves cut and shaped by hand in our state of the art facility just off of Biscayne Boulevard. Founded by Jim Lahey, master baker and two-time James Beard award winner, the company’s original New York City location has been baking craft bread since 1994.

We bake beautiful rustic bread, in hearth ovens, old world and Italian inspired – with a portfolio that has a complete range, from sandwich bread and buns, dinner rolls, sliced bread, focaccia, to large artisan loaves.

We use only clean, simple ingredients: unbleached/unbromated flour milled in Florida, carbon filtered water, dry and natural yeast, sea salt. No preservatives, no stabilizers, no softeners. Baking and delivering 7 days a week!
