SOLA CAJUN SEASONING IS NOT JUST FOR CAJUN DISHES! IT’S YUMMY IN MANY TYPES OF CUISINE!

SOLA CREAMY MUSHROOM CHICKEN

3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
2T SoLa Cajun Seasoning
2T Olive oil
2 Cups Fresh mushrooms
1 Large onion, sliced
1 Can French Onion soup
1 Can Cream of chicken soup
1 Cup Marsala wine

Coat chicken breasts with SoLa Cajun Seasoning and brown in olive oil in large skillet. Remove and add mushrooms (you may want to add a little butter to the skillet). Saute mushrooms and remove from skillet. Add sliced onion and lightly brown in skillet. Add mushrooms and chicken back to skillet. Mix soups and wine together and pour on top of chicken in skillet. Cook covered on med-low for 30 minutes. Serve with rice and green vegetable.
